These Terms of Service govern your use of readystudyglobal.com and the education-guidance services provided by Ready Study Global LTD, company number 14329535, registered at 60 Tottenham Court Road, Office 265 Fitzrovia, London, W1T 2EW.
By using the website or asking Ready Study Global to provide guidance, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

What Ready Study Global provides
Ready Study Global is a UK-registered education consultancy supporting international applicants, UK residents and learners comparing paid online qualifications.
Support may include understanding study goals, comparing relevant institutions or programmes, explaining provider-published requirements, organising application information and supporting communication during an application process.
Ready Study Global does not charge students a consultancy fee for university application guidance. Tuition, deposits, tests, accommodation, travel, visa-related charges and other provider or third-party costs remain payable where applicable. Paid online qualifications are separate products and display their own price information.

Decisions and regulated advice
Ready Study Global is not a university, awarding body, funding body, government authority, immigration adviser, law firm or regulated financial adviser.
Universities, course providers, public authorities, funding bodies and other third parties make their own decisions. Ready Study Global cannot guarantee admission, a visa, fee status, Student Finance, a scholarship, funding, accommodation or any other outcome.
Ready Study Global does not provide legal, immigration or regulated financial advice. General information and links to official sources do not replace appropriately regulated advice where your circumstances require it.

Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete and current information, review documents before they are submitted, meet deadlines and tell Ready Study Global when material circumstances change.
You must not submit false, altered, plagiarised or misleading information. Ready Study Global may stop providing support where information appears unreliable, where cooperation is not possible or where continuing would create a legal, ethical or operational risk.
You remain responsible for deciding whether an institution, programme, destination, funding route or third-party service is suitable for you.

Applications and third parties
Where you ask Ready Study Global to help with an application, information may be shared with the relevant institution, education platform or service provider as explained in the Privacy Policy and subject to the applicable lawful basis.
Third-party websites, policies, requirements, prices and deadlines can change. Ready Study Global aims to identify current official information but does not control third-party systems or guarantee that third-party information will remain unchanged.

How Ready Study Global may be paid
Participating institutions or education platforms may pay Ready Study Global a commission after an eligible student enrols successfully. The amount and payment conditions can vary.
Commission is not used as a public ranking system. Options should be considered against the student’s academic profile, goals, budget, provider requirements and realistic fit.

Website and service availability
Ready Study Global may update, suspend or withdraw website features or services. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failure, third-party service disruption or circumstances outside reasonable control.
No website content should be treated as a permanent offer or as confirmation that a particular institution, programme, price, deadline or route remains available.

Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website content, design, branding and original materials belong to Ready Study Global LTD or the relevant licensors. You may use public pages for personal information and decision-making but may not reproduce, resell, scrape, misrepresent or republish substantial content without permission.
You must not interfere with website security, misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access or use the website to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive material.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to those limits, Ready Study Global is not responsible for decisions made by independent institutions or authorities, losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a user, missed third-party deadlines, unavailable third-party services or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Privacy, cookies and complaints
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used. The Cookie Policy explains cookies, consent controls and browser storage.
A complaint about Ready Study Global can be raised through the Complaints Procedure. A complaint cannot overturn a decision made independently by a university, funding body or public authority.

Ready Study Global may update these terms when services, technology, providers or legal requirements change. The date shown on this page identifies the current published version.
Where a material change affects an active agreed service, Ready Study Global will take reasonable steps to explain the relevant change.

Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
