Clear answers before you choose your next step.
These are the questions students most often need answered before starting a university application or asking RSG for guidance.
Common questions
What students usually ask first.
If your situation is more specific, use the Guidance Finder so the first review includes the context that matters.
01 Does Ready Study Global charge students a consultancy fee? +
Ready Study Global does not charge students a consultancy fee for university application guidance. Tuition, deposits, tests, accommodation and other provider or third-party costs can still apply. Paid online qualifications are a separate commercial route.
02 How is Ready Study Global paid? +
Participating institutions or education platforms may pay Ready Study Global a commission after an eligible student enrols successfully. Commission is not used as a ranking system.
03 What can Ready Study Global help with? +
RSG can help you clarify a study route, compare realistic university or programme options, understand provider-published requirements, organise application steps and identify questions that need confirmation before you act.
04 Can Ready Study Global guarantee admission? +
No. Universities and course providers make admissions decisions. RSG can help you understand requirements and prepare an application, but it cannot guarantee admission, an offer or enrolment.
05 Can RSG decide whether I qualify for Student Finance? +
No. RSG can explain general published information and point you to the correct official route, but the relevant funding body decides eligibility, entitlement and payment.
06 Does Ready Study Global provide visa or immigration advice? +
No. RSG can share general information and official sources, but it does not provide regulated immigration or legal advice. Government authorities make immigration decisions.
07 Can RSG guarantee a scholarship or other funding? +
No. RSG can share general scholarship and funding information where relevant, but awards and funding decisions are made by the organisation responsible for the scheme.
08 Do I need all my documents before I contact RSG? +
No. Start with the information you already have. For an initial enquiry, explain what you want to study, your current or most recent qualification, your preferred start date and the question that is blocking you.
09 Should I send my passport or other sensitive documents in the first enquiry? +
No. Do not send identity documents, immigration documents, medical information, bank details or passwords through the initial enquiry. RSG will explain a suitable next step if documents are genuinely required later.
10 How quickly will Ready Study Global reply? +
RSG aims to respond within one working day. An automated acknowledgement is not counted as a human response, and a complex question may require additional research or a later follow-up.
11 Are the online courses free? +
No. The no-consultancy-fee policy applies to university application guidance. Paid online qualifications are separate products, with current prices and course information shown on the relevant course pages.
12 Where should a new student start? +
Use the Guidance Finder. It separates study abroad, UK resident university guidance and paid online qualifications so your enquiry reaches the right route from the beginning.
Still unsure?
Start with your actual situation.
Tell us what you want to study, your current qualification and the question that is blocking you. RSG can then identify a realistic next step without pretending to make an admissions, funding or immigration decision.
