Student fit before commercial value
A referral fee or commission must not decide which institution or programme is presented as suitable.
Partnership enquiries
Ready Study Global considers focused relationships with educators, education businesses, institutions and platforms when the role, responsibility and student benefit can be verified.
A conversation is not automatic approval, employment, representation authority or a commercial agreement.
A controlled partnership model
The word “partner” can describe very different relationships. A tutor introducing a student is not the same as an agency processing applications or an authorised institutional representative.
RSG separates these routes so expectations, permissions, data handling and payment terms can be assessed correctly before anyone acts in the company’s name.
Choose one route
Select the closest route and explain that proposal clearly. Combining unrelated roles in one enquiry usually delays verification.
For IELTS or English-language tutors, teachers, counsellors and independent education professionals who may introduce suitable students.
Boundary: This is not automatic approval, employment or permission to represent RSG. Any referral arrangement must be agreed in writing before activity begins.
For established education agencies or specialist providers exploring a defined application, referral or student-support workflow.
Boundary: RSG will not approve unclear lead trading, bulk data sharing, paid-link schemes or arrangements that obscure who is responsible to the student.
For authorised university, college, pathway-provider or education-platform representatives discussing recruitment or application-support cooperation.
Boundary: A message does not establish a formal institutional relationship. RSG will verify authority, terms, compliance requirements and operational fit first.
How RSG reviews an enquiry
RSG may ask for further evidence or decline a proposal without creating an ongoing relationship.
Is the proposed relationship connected to legitimate education guidance, applications or student support?
Can the person, organisation, authority and public record be checked independently?
Is it clear who communicates with the student, handles data and owns each operational step?
Can payment, attribution, conduct, privacy and termination rules be documented before activity begins?
Non-negotiable standards
Any approved collaborator remains responsible for honest communication, lawful data handling and staying within the agreed role.
A referral fee or commission must not decide which institution or programme is presented as suitable.
Partners must not promise admission, funding, a scholarship, a visa or another decision controlled by a third party.
RSG, institution and platform names, logos or materials cannot be published or adapted without written permission.
Student information must not be collected, transferred or retained before the role, consent and secure route are clear.
Not suitable for this route
The partnership form is not a shortcut around compliance, consent, verification or the correct recruitment process.
Commercial terms
RSG does not promise a universal public commission or referral rate.
Where payment is relevant, the written agreement must define eligibility, attribution, qualifying outcomes, evidence, timing, deductions, reversals, tax responsibility and termination.
No person should begin representing RSG, introducing students under a paid arrangement or publishing RSG-branded material before receiving written approval.
Before you enquire
Do not send student documents or confidential commercial records in the first message.
No. RSG reviews relevance, identity, authority, operational fit, student impact and the ability to document clear terms. An enquiry is only the beginning of that review.
No universal rate is promised publicly. Where a commercial arrangement is appropriate, eligibility, attribution, payment triggers, timing and other conditions must be confirmed in a written agreement.
No, unless a separate written agreement explicitly creates that status. Independent collaborators must not present themselves as RSG employees or direct representatives of an institution or platform.
Partners may share general information and official sources within an agreed role. They must not provide regulated immigration, legal or financial advice on behalf of RSG.
Include your full name, role, organisation, website, market, proposed relationship and the specific outcome you want to discuss. Do not send student documents in the first message.
Submit a focused proposal
Use an organisational email where possible. Include your website, market, authority and the exact relationship you want RSG to assess.
