Qualified official information
Non-EEA students planning to study in Ireland for more than 90 days generally need the appropriate immigration permission, and visa requirements depend on nationality. The course must meet the current eligible-programme rules, including ILEP or TrustEd Ireland arrangements where applicable.

Qualified official information
Current Stamp 2 conditions allow eligible non-EEA students to work up to 20 hours per week during term-time and up to 40 hours per week during the specified vacation periods. The immigration stamp and course conditions remain controlling.

Qualified official information
Eligible graduates with an Irish NFQ Level 8 award may receive 12 months under the Third Level Graduate Programme. Eligible Level 9 or higher graduates may receive up to 24 months in two 12-month blocks, subject to the programme conditions and overall time limits.
