How the guidance process works

Know what happens before you send an enquiry.

Ready Study Global helps you clarify the route, compare realistic options and organise an application. Responsibilities, costs and independent decisions remain visible throughout.

We do not make admissions, funding or immigration decisions, and we cannot guarantee an outcome.

Choose the starting line

Three routes that should not be mixed together.

The questions, commercial model and decision-makers differ by route. Selecting the right one gives the first review better context.

01 · Study abroad

International university guidance

For applicants comparing countries, universities and programmes outside their current education route.

Start the international route

02 · UK resident study

University routes for UK residents

For people living in the UK who want to understand realistic study and possible funding routes.

Start the UK resident route

03 · Paid online qualification

Online diploma guidance

For learners comparing paid online qualifications, current course information and progression questions.

The guidance journey

Six waypoints, with a useful output at each stage.

The sequence can shorten or pause depending on your situation. It is not a promise that every enquiry will lead to an application.

  1. 01

    Choose

Select the route that fits your situation.

The Guidance Finder separates international study, UK resident university guidance and paid online qualifications.

OutputA clear route and a realistic starting point.

  2. 02

    Explain

    Send a short guidance request.

Share the essential context, such as what you want to study, your timing, current education and the question you need help answering.

OutputEnough context for a human review, without a long first form.

  3. 03

    Review

RSG reviews the information you provided.

We identify missing facts, route conflicts and questions that require confirmation. This is guidance, not an admissions or funding decision.

OutputA defined next step and any information still needed.

  4. 04

    Compare

Options are compared against your priorities.

Relevant options are considered against your academic background, goals, budget, location, timing and provider requirements.

OutputA shortlist or comparison framework based on realistic fit.

  5. 05

    Prepare

Build a complete and truthful application.

RSG can explain provider-published requirements, organise application steps and flag documents or statements that need attention.

OutputA better organised application for the relevant provider process.

  6. 06

    Follow through

Understand the decision and next actions.

RSG can help you read conditions, identify outstanding steps and find the correct official route for questions outside our scope.

OutputClearer conditions, responsibilities and next actions.

Who decides what

Guidance is not the same as authority.

A transparent process separates what you control, what RSG can support and what only an independent organisation can decide.

Student responsibility

You

  • Provide complete and accurate personal and academic information.
  • Review the options and decide where you want to apply.
  • Supply genuine documents and meet provider deadlines.
  • Pay provider and third-party costs when required.

Guidance responsibility

Ready Study Global

  • Clarify the route and questions that need answering.
  • Compare options against your goals and practical constraints.
  • Explain published requirements and organise next steps.
  • Keep admissions, funding and immigration boundaries explicit.

Decision authority

Independent organisations

  • Universities and providers decide admission and conditions.
  • Funding bodies decide eligibility and payment.
  • Government authorities decide immigration permission.
  • Awarding organisations control qualification delivery.

Ready Study Global does not provide legal, immigration or regulated financial advice.

Before the first review

Useful information beats a long form.

You do not need every document before contacting RSG. A concise and accurate starting picture is more useful than guessing.

Do not send through the initial enquiry:

Identity documents, immigration documents, medical information, bank details or passwords.

Helpful to have

  • 01The subject, level and destination you are considering
  • 02Your current or most recent qualification
  • 03Your preferred start date or intake
  • 04A realistic tuition and living-cost budget
  • 05The question currently blocking your next step

Costs and timing

No university guidance fee does not mean no costs exist.

Ready Study Global does not charge students a consultancy fee for university application guidance. Participating institutions or platforms may pay RSG a commission after an eligible student enrols.

Commission is not used as a ranking system. Options are considered against the student's profile, goals, budget, requirements and realistic fit.

Questions before you begin

The process, without hidden assumptions.

A specific provider or funding route may require additional checks.

How quickly will Ready Study Global reply?

We aim to respond within one working day. An automated acknowledgement is not counted as a human response, and complex research may require a later follow-up.

Does Ready Study Global charge a consultancy fee?

Ready Study Global does not charge students a consultancy fee for university application guidance. Tuition, deposits, tests, accommodation and other provider or third-party costs remain payable. Paid online qualifications are separate.

Will RSG guarantee that I am accepted?

No. Universities and course providers make admissions decisions. RSG can help you understand requirements and prepare an application, but it cannot guarantee admission, funding, a scholarship, a visa or another outcome.

Can RSG decide whether I receive Student Finance?

No. RSG can help you identify the official route and understand general published criteria. The relevant funding body decides eligibility, entitlement and payment.

Does RSG provide visa or immigration advice?

No. RSG can share general information and official sources, but it does not provide regulated immigration or legal advice.

Do I need every document before contacting RSG?

No. Start with the information you already have. Do not send identity, immigration, medical, banking or password information through an initial enquiry.

Your first waypoint

Start with the route, not a sales call.

Use the Guidance Finder to explain what you are trying to do. RSG will identify the next realistic step.
