What qualification will you receive?

For Level 4, applicants are normally aged 18 or above and hold a relevant Level 3 qualification, A levels or an equivalent qualification suitable for law study.
Mature applicants may be considered using relevant experience, subject to the provider’s assessment.
Entry to Level 5 normally requires the relevant Level 4 diploma or an accepted equivalent.
Learners studying in English must demonstrate sufficient English-language competence.

No. It is an academic law route. Solicitor and barrister qualification routes have separate requirements set by the relevant regulators and training providers.
Can I enter the final year of an LLB automatically?
No. Some universities publish progression routes for suitable OTHM law awards, but each institution assesses the exact qualification, modules, grades and other entry requirements.
Is the combined route one Extended Diploma?
OTHM has a Level 5 Extended Diploma in Law, qualification number 610/1961/6. OBS must confirm whether the combined enrolment issues that award or separate Level 4 and Level 5 diplomas.
What happens if I cancel, withdraw or request a refund?
