How It Works
The People and Organisations Level 3 University Foundation Programme is a 60-credit qualification (equivalent to one A-Level). It is aimed at students seeking university entry, gaining management experience for promotion, or broadening their job prospects. It is particularly suited to practising team leaders who wish to advance to the next level of management. Also serves as an entry-level qualification for those who have studied business-related subjects at Level 2 or 3.

Understand the role played by teams within organisations and how human elements interact. Examines the value of team and group working and how they are formed.

Understand that workforce welfare ensures everybody employed within the organisation is valued and that there are benefits from being part of the organisation.
Assignments
Assessment is carried out through completely online written assignments, instead of traditional examinations. For this course, there are 6 written assignments, each requiring approximately 2,000–3,000 words.
You can submit your assignments securely through the online learning portal at your own pace. Assignments are then thoroughly marked and reviewed by your tutor, with detailed feedback provided to support your progress.
Entry Requirements
To enrol on this course, you must be at least 16 years old and have completed a full secondary education. Work experience may also be considered for mature students who do not meet the formal educational requirements.
